Shajuan Alexander is a Licensed clinical psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and business consultant who has built a career on a simple belief: Healing and ambition can live in the same body.
What began as a private practice serving women of color in the healthcare field has grown into a multi-hat business supervision, consulting, training, and evaluation work now make up the bulk of what she does.
She speaks candidly about building a business from clinical expertise, about the emotional cost of caregiving professions, and about giving women permission to want more than one thing for their lives.
